Thingy:91 not appearing on COM ports with daemon

Hi all,
I followed the instructional video on YouTube for flashing Edge Impulse’s firmware.hex to the Nordic Thingy:91. The writing was successful.

As per the video I turned the device off and on, ran edge-impulse-daemon, but the device won’t show up in the ports… I tried putting it in bootloader mode which also didn’t help (unsurprisingly).

I’m on Windows 10. If anyone has any insight I’d much appreciate it!

Hello @avielbr,

I have not tried with the Thingy:91 but usually I see this issue when I use a bad USB cable?
Could you change your USB cable / test on another USB port?
