Red clock icon in EON Tuner

I’m wondering why isn’t the EON Tuner working for my project? Only a red clock icon appears. My project ID is 90650.

Hello @AlexPH,

If you check the logs on the upper-right corner of the EON tuner, it says that failed: Block dsp exceeded retry limit.

I am not sure I can change some parameters on my side for the EON tuner, let me check internally with the Core Engineering team and come back to you.
I also just updated your jobs performances and time limit just in case. Could you try again and let me know?

Hello, the EON Tuner isn’t starting and just shows this message. Tried rerunning the Generate Features and re-training the model. Thanks in advance!
