Edge Impulse has partnerships with a great range of silicon vendors and chipmakers, providing native software support for devices from these companies. One notable Edge Impulse partner is BrainChip, the Australia-based company that has created a proprietary neuromorphic processor, called AkidaTM, using spiking neural networks that replicates human brain activity. The nature of neuromorphic processing makes it especially well-suited for artificial intelligence applications, which makes BrainChip and Edge Impulse a great combination.
