I ran into the problem where my monitor serial just keep appearing this but not showing output when I hold camera to catch my parking spaces. Is there any command that I have to execute on monitor serial in order to OV7670 to capture the image?

Can you try with a smaller images? Let’s say 96x96px and if it still does not work, even smaller such as 64x64. Indeed, the Nano 33 BLE does not have a lot of RAM available and you model seems to be too big to fit on the board.
