Mobile connection failed

Hi, I try to connect my mobile Samsung A51 to the platform but after push “give access to the camera” I gotr an X red with this message : Failed to load , NotAllowedError: The request is not allowed by the user agent or the platform in the current context. I’ve tried more than one without success. I don’t have idea how I could give access to the camera at the user agent. Tks.

I was using firefox enabled to use the camera. Now I’ve tried with Crome and works ! Tks.
