mmWave I&Q radar data classification?

Hi all,

Just wondering if there is any capability to classifying radar data? I picked up a SeeedStudio mmWave doppler radar and it provides raw I&Q continuous data. Wondering if there is any capability to develop a model off of that? ie RCS determination for object classification?
