Is the new M5StrackS3 supported? If not, how to use it on Edge Impulse. Can the firmware for the ESP32-EYE be adjusted?

Yes you can follow the esp32 repository steps to apply to any esp32 based device.
Please share here as you try to follow, so others can refer. I dont have that device to confirm but would be interested to see how you get on. They make super kit!
