Try decreasing the number of windows or reducing the number of training cycles. If the error persists then you can contact support at hello@edgeimpulse.com to increase this time limit.

Hi @pkqxlh ,

This error is usually as a result of a user having a big dataset which takes a lot of time to train hence going beyond the time limit set for free accounts (20 mins).

Could you kindly share your Project ID so that I can increase your time limit?
