iPhone 8 not connecting?

Hello! I just signed up and tried to connect my iPhone 8. The device is connected, and shows on the “Data Acquisition” tab, but I cannot select it? Running iOS 13.4.1. Thanks!

When I click “Device”, I see my phone but it looks grayed out and I cannot select it.

Ah, are you doing this from your phone? Once you switch tabs to the studio the data acquisition client loses connection. Best to open the studio on a laptop or tablet, and then open the client on your phone!
