We are installing software including the EdgeImpulse CLI in a University Computing Lab. However, it seems when installing the CLI that it is only available for the local user app data folder and so is not accessible to other users who log onto the machine. Is it possible to install for all users on windows?

What kind of application management suite are you using to install other apps on these machines?
I can have a go at setting something up if you share, but windows is a bit of a pig for installing things across accounts without mgmt software:
