I am following the course of Computer Vision with Embedded Machine Learning by Shawn Hymel. In his course he used the Neural Network learning block when he is doing the impulse design. Now there is no choice of neural network in learning block which choice I will use? Is transfer learning is okay?

He is not using the transfer learning option. When you create an impulse in the learning block choose the Classification option, you will be able to create your own model.

As @victorinox mentioned, the “Neural Network” block has been renamed to “Classification.” Since the release of the course, a few UI elements have changed in Edge Impulse. I recommend reading the “Errata and Changes” material in Week 1 of the course to see which things have changed.
