hey i try to flash my impulse but it fails always, my nicla voice has a always glowing green LED and in the process of flashing it starts blinking blue, but then it goes green again.

Alexa Demo works fine, i can send code via Arduino, but cant flash the impulse with flash.windows.bat
And not sure why it stays the whole time green. Tested with reset Button alot but still cant flash. Please help, i am new to all of that.
