Failed to perform train / test split error

I have a student who is experiencing an error when clicking the “Perform train / test split” button. They receive an error message that says “Failed to perform train / test split” and “Input does not match ‘perform split’, aborting.”

They claim to have tried gathering new data and repeating the process.

I can’t seem to replicate the error. Any thoughts as to what might be causing this issue?

Are they putting a space or something in the text box? When you click the button you need to enter the exact term:

perform split

No trailing or leading spaces, matching case, etc.

Ah! That’s what “input does match ‘perform split’” means. Thank you–I’ll let them know
