Question/Issue:

I’m a complete beginner with object detection - I tried using ESP32-CAM and Edge Impulse to evaluate the position when turning the red hand on the meter (similar to the hand on a clock) and I have absolutely no idea what values to set where… The hand is about 5x9mm in size, triangular in shape. Sometimes it worked at a distance of about 90mm from the lens at a resolution of 96x96pix, but unreliable. There is scene lighting with white LEDs. My goal is to get one pulse per revolution (360°).
Is it even possible with this camera?
