Error uploading code

While coding my Arduino 33 BLE Sense I get this error message
No device found on cu.Bluetooth-Incoming-Port
Failed uploading: uploading error: exit status 1

Please provide a solution

I’ll assume you deployed the firmware from the Deployment page:

  • Then ran flash_windows.bat

I’ll assume you then ran from a Windows command prompt: edge-impulse-daemon

  • You select the Bluetooth COM Port

You should be selecting the COM port instantiated when the Nano was plugged into your computer not the Bluetooth port.

Look in Device Manager under Ports (COM & LPT) to see what COM port your Nano is connected to.
