This is a memory issue. Your model is probably too big to fit on the board.
Could you try with a smaller MobileNet model?
Oh, I can see from the “On-device performances” from your project that the peak ram usage is 106.3kB have you changed the model between when your posted your message and now? This seems pretty small.
If not, I’ll defer the our Embedded Engineering team, maybe they will have a better idea of what could have happened.
