EON Tuner Error (No performance matrics for DSP Block)

hi.
please help, I got error everytime run the EON Tuner, here is:

Creating job… OK (ID: 2411170)
Calculating DSP performance estimates
Still calculating…
Still calculating…
Still calculating…
Still calculating…
Still calculating…

Still calculating…
Still calculating…
Still calculating…
Still calculating…

Job failed (see above)

An error occurred during the last EON Tuner run: No performance metrics found for DSP block

my project ID : 89884.
I tried to another project and board target, but get the same error…what supposed I do to fix this?

You are not alone! I have the same problem
It keeps calculating the DSP performance estimates then fails.

hi @davyyoda, oh really?so maybe the problem comes from the EON Tuner itself, hope they can fix this…

I believe this was a result of some backend issues a couple of days ago. It should be all fixed by now. Please let us know if you see it again!
