I have a Arduino nano 33 BLE sense ,
So if I flash the edge impulse firmware to the device , will I be able to program the device like a normal Arduino ,
And will I be able to flash the original firmware if needed

If I understand correctly your question you want to make sure that you will be able to keep programming your device even if you upload Edge Impulse firmware correct?
If so, yes you can upload Edge Impulse firmware and once you are done with it, just go back to your arduino IDE and upload whatever other sketch you want. I don’t think they have an original firmware but you will be able to upload again any sketches that worked previously on the board.
