Interested to know if anyone is working on studying the behaviour of railway line embankment to characterise whether its vibrational/seismic signature when a train goes along the track changes, hence providing warning for land slips.

I recently used accelerometer data to count the axles of a train going by - on my model railroad, though. Not exactly the same, but somewhat related
I was using an ESP32 with “normal” signal processing like low pass filtering, but I plan to try out AI technologies pretty soon.
