Download test data and results

Hi,

I need some assistance with Project ID 514203.

I would like to export the test data results to further analyze the errors. Initially, I was saving the HTML page and processing it in MATLAB, which allowed me to obtain a table (Sample name Expected outcome Length Accuracy Result Error) of values similar to the one in your interface. However, I’ve noticed that this method no longer works because the HTML source no longer includes all 2k samples of the test data.

Could you please advise on how I can download the complete data set? It’s really important for my analysis, so I would greatly appreciate your help.

You can download your extracted features test data directly from the dashboard as numpy arrays:

Else, you can also export the full dataset by clicking on the export tab in your project’s dashboard.
