Compatibility of Arduino BLE 33 (not the Sense version)

There are two versions of the Arduino BLE 33:

  1. Arduino Nano 33 BLE Sense [ABX00031]
    and,
  2. Arduino Nano 33 BLE [ABX00030]

Number 2 appears to be identical to the the “Sense” version (number 1) except with less sensors.

My question:
Is number 2, the Arduino Nano 33 BLE [ABX00030], fully compatible with Edge Impulse?

Hello @JamesC1a,

You will be able to run your impulse from that board. However, the provided examples with the sensors won’t work, you will need to implement how to collect the data yourself.
Also, the default firmware won’t work as it uses the sensors. But you can easily use the data-forwarded to collect data using this board.

TL;DR. Yes it can work, no it is not fully supported.
