"Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'id')" – Job ID 40238071

Hi Edge Impulse support,

When uploading a CSV to project I scheduled a job (Job ID: 40238071) and the job fails immediately with:
Failed to start job: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘id’)

I attempted:

  • uploading a small UTF-8 CSV generated outside Excel,
  • creating a fresh project,
  • using incognito,
  • verifying account quota.

Please investigate why the job start API is returning an unexpected response. I can provide additional logs or grant temporary access if required.

Hi @SumanNunna, did you see this issue yesterday? We had a few job launching issues then which were resolved. If it still persists today let me know and we can investigate further.
