Cannot create a string longer than

Hi,

We’re investigating issues where the DSP warns:

(process:7): GLib-GObject-WARNING **: 09:24:18.248: cannot register existing type 'VipsForeignTiffPredictor'

And then live classification fails with errors such as:

Error while loading features: Model could not be read: Cannot create a string longer than 0x1fffffe8 characters. If you use a custom training script , there is probably an issue with it - please check the training output.

This is related to running the EON Tuner on image projects. We’ll come out with a fix shortly and will email affected users. If you run into this issue now a quick fix is to:

  1. Export your data (Data acquisition > Export data)
  2. Import your data into a new project (Data acquisition > Upload data)
  3. And retrain.
