Is there a way to send notifications from Edge Impulse to another device such as Bluetooth or SMS?

The Edge Impulse API and Studio do not support sending Bluetooth or SMS messages. If you are developing firmware for an embedded device, then you should be able to use both the Edge Impulse inferencing library and any communication library (e.g. WiFi, Bluetooth, SMS) that you like, assuming you have enough flash/RAM.
