Error is not very helpful but it is related to your sample size.
You set a window of 1000ms in your impulse but 2 out of your 3 samples are smaller than this, the DSP block is not able to retrieve a full window from this sample.
I’d suggest decreasing the window size or uploading longer samples. Also it looks like your data contains a lot of metadata (ie timestamp), you probably want to discard those unused columns and only keep IMU related ones (the spectral block extracts frequency features so it would not make sense on timestamp/location data for instance).
