I want to ask about the reason for reducing the number of samples after a period of time automatically collecting data from the Edge Impulse. I noticed more than once, for example, that I collected 120 samples, and after a while I found that it became 96?

Is it possible that you were looking at the testing dataset instead of the training dataset. You can switch between the two datasets there:
