AI made from FFT

I collected a large number of FFT which triggered the taking of photo proving the presence of Asian hornets in front of a hive. It is a series of figures representing the amplitudes of frequencies (FFT) for a given sample.
How can I do an AI?
The goal is to create an Asian hornet acoustic detector running on an ESP32 or Arduino.
