Administrative zone about building custom deployment block

Hi!
I followed the turtorial " *building a deployment block"https://docs.edgeimpulse.com/docs/building-deployment-blocks.
I installed edge impulse cli and docker on windows10, when I wanna enable Custom deploys, I cannot find " Administrative zone" module from my studio.

Where to find it?
